I'm someone who can help you to not only feel good, but learn to love yourself and flourish using specialized tools, mindset work and tips for a whole mind + body wellness picture. As a master trainer and certified trauma informed yoga instructor, my mission is to help people create a routine and mindset that feels authentic, purposeful and practical.
